IKA EUROSTAR 400 digital: a precise and reliable mixing tool for large volumes
The EUROSTAR 400 digital has been specially developed to meet the needs of laboratories and industrial facilities requiring homogeneous mixing of large quantities of fluids, including those with high viscosity. With a maximum capacity of 150 litres of water, it is ideal for applications such as solution preparation, homogenisation of complex mixtures and mixing of chemical or biological products.
Its brushless DC motor, with an output power of 176 W, achieves a maximum torque of 400 Ncm, ensuring consistent performance even under heavy loads. The electronic control system continuously monitors the shaft speed and automatically adjusts any deviations to ensure stable rotation, even when the viscosity of the mixture varies.
The speed range of 6 to 2000 rpm, divided into two distinct ranges, allows optimal adaptation to specific process requirements, whether slow and careful mixing or fast and vigorous stirring. Continuous speed adjustment and a seven-segment LED display offer increased precision and readability for the user.
To ensure the safety and longevity of the device, integrated protection circuits prevent overload and blockage situations, triggering an automatic shut-off if necessary. The diagnostic system with error code display simplifies maintenance and allows any malfunctions to be resolved quickly.
The EUROSTAR 400 digital also stands out for its ergonomic design: a compact, narrow housing makes it easy to integrate into small spaces, while its quiet operation contributes to a comfortable working environment in the laboratory. The push-through function of the stirrer shaft allows it to be removed even when the device is stopped, making it easy to change accessories and clean.
Its 16 mm diameter extension arm mount ensures stable and secure attachment, compatible with most standard laboratory stands.
