The BINDER FED 115 drying chamber is a high-end laboratory device designed to meet the most stringent requirements for drying, heating and thermal processing. Part of the Avantgarde.Line series, it combines performance, safety and ergonomics in a compact, stackable format. Whether for industrial, pharmaceutical or research applications, the FED 115 guarantees unrivalled thermal precision and outstanding energy efficiency.

At the heart of the FED 115 is the exclusive APT.line™technology, which ensures uniform temperature distribution throughout the chamber, even when fully loaded. This technology maintains a temperature variation of only ±1.2 K at 150 °C and a fluctuation of ±0.3 K, guaranteeing reproducible results with every cycle.

With a temperature range from +10 °C above ambient temperature up to 300 °C, the FED 115 is suitable for a wide range of applications. It reaches 150 °C in just 18 minutes and recovers its temperature in 4 minutes after a 30-second door opening.

The user interface with LCD display allows precise control of parameters, including fan speed and timer functions. The oven is equipped with a USB port for data recording and an Ethernet interface for network integration. Its independent class 2 thermal safety system (DIN 12880) with visual alarm ensures optimum protection of samples.

The FED 115 is available in two electrical configurations:

• FED115-230V for European installations (230 V, 50/60 Hz)
• FED115UL-120V for North American installations (120 V, 60 Hz)

Each version has the same thermal performance and internal dimensions, while complying with local electrical standards.

With a consumption of only 340 Wh/h at 150°C and a noise level of 43 dB(A), the FED 115 is as economical as it is discreet. It consumes up to 30% less energy than conventional models.

The FED 115 can be equipped with a wide range of accessories and options: access ports, HEPA filters, interior lighting, additional temperature sensors, enhanced safety devices, and much more. It is also compatible with APT-COM™software for centralised management and compliance with GLP/FDA standards.
