Flexar LC Autosampler: High-precision injection for liquid chromatography
The Flexar LC Autosampler is an essential component of PerkinElmer's HPLC and UHPLC systems, designed to maximise accuracy and productivity in analytical laboratories. Capable of injecting volumes as low as 1 µL at pressures up to 18,000 psi, it ensures excellent injection reproducibility, even under the most demanding conditions. Thanks to its fast loading speed — only 8 seconds in partial fill mode — it enables accelerated sample processing, significantly reducing analysis times.
Flexibility and ergonomics for performance
The Flexar LC Autosampler offers three injection modes: full loop, partial fill and µL sampling, with no sample waste. This flexibility allows the instrument to be adapted to a wide variety of analytical protocols. In addition, its ergonomic design facilitates access to the autosampler, simplifying maintenance and loading operations. Integration into the Flexar system ensures optimised tube management and automatic interconnection with other components, thanks to a concealed drainage system.
Thermal control and UHPLC compatibility
For applications requiring precise temperature control, the Flexar LC Autosampler can be equipped with a Peltier cooling/heating module. This system allows regulation between 4 °C and 40 °C, with an accuracy of ±2 °C even in ambient environments up to 25 °C. This feature is particularly useful for temperature-sensitive samples or analyses requiring rigorous thermal stability.
