Right drive 135 mm (extendable by 15 mm), with friction setting. Includes specimen holder for one-hand operation with left spring lever.

Focusing: Coarse and fine focusing. Z focus range is 24 mm.

Condenser: Achromatic, aplanatic condenser 0.9 with front lens switchable on the left and right and a 5 position modulator disc. Condenser has 4 centerable positions with Ph1, Ph2, Ph3, and dark-field stop 0.75. One bright field position with aperture stop. WD = 1.0

Illumination: Transmitted light illumination white LED. 100~240V.

Stand Features: Stand is configured for transmitted light and fluorescence with an encoded 6-position nosepiece.

Fluorescence: The illumination system has 3 solid-state LED lamps:

Green (565nm) for excitation of Cy3, TRITC, DsRed, and similar dyes

Blue (470nm) for excitation of eGFP, Fluo4, FITC, and similar dyes

UV (385nm) for excitation of DAPI, Alexa 405, Hoechst 3325

Fluorescence filters: 3 filter sets are included:

UV: compatible with a broad range of LEDs with peaks between 355-405nm, intended for fluorophores such as DAPI.
