The Forma Model 310 Series from Thermo Fisher Scientific is a robust solution for laboratories requiring a direct-heated CO₂ incubator. Control and operational safety
Temperature regulation is based on high-precision PID control, with uniformity of ±0.3°C at 37°C, while over- and under-temperature alarms are configurable and ensure crop safety. CO₂ control, accurate to ±0.1%, is available with thermal conductivity (TC) or infrared (IR) sensors, and a range up to 20%. The panel displays values with a resolution of 0.1%, and associated visual and audible alarms ensure immediate response. The system is also equipped with an optional "gas guard" function, allowing automatic switching between two CO₂ sources if the pressure in one cylinder becomes insufficient.

Ease of use and simplified maintenance
The incubator has a polished stainless steel interior with rounded corners for easy cleaning. The sturdy shelves can be adjusted or removed without tools, simplifying operations. The microbiological filters on the gas inlet ports and doors are easily accessible and replaceable. The inner door seal is removable and continuously adjustable to ensure optimal sealing. The control panel allows you to configure numerous options such as audible/silent alarm, external alarm contacts (NO, NC, COM), data outputs (RS-485, 0-1 V, 0-5 V, 4-20 mA), as well as features such as access code locking and temperature and humidity monitoring. This interface makes it intuitive to use, even in complex configurations.
