The GC-2010 Plus is built on Advanced Flow Technology (AFT), enabling multidimensional analyses using columns with different chromatographic selectivities. The integrated backflush system significantly reduces analysis time by eliminating high-boiling point compounds after the elution of target substances. This feature minimizes column heating times, lowers the risk of contamination, and extends column lifespan.
Additionally, the detector splitting system enables simultaneous routing of a single sample to multiple detectors (e.g., FID, MS), thereby enhancing both qualitative and quantitative analysis performance.
The GC-2010 Plus delivers high analytical accuracy through its high vaporization capacity and built-in ambient temperature compensation within each AFC module. The constant linear velocity mode of the carrier gas simplifies method transfer across different types of analyses or carrier gases.
