Genius Dispenser

The Genius dispenser from  Vitlab is a precise and reliable laboratory device designed for the direct dosing of aggressive liquids from reagent bottles. Featuring an integrated dispensing system and high chemical compatibility, it offers safety, precision and ergonomics for demanding laboratories. Easy to calibrate, clean and use, it is suitable for a wide range of applications, including chemistry, biology and the pharmaceutical industry.

Description

Vitlab Genius Dispenser: the benchmark for precision dosing in laboratories

The Genius Dispenser from Vitlab is a professional liquid dispensing solution, particularly recommended for corrosive reagents and demanding chemical environments. This manual dispenser combines robustness, safety and precision thanks to a design that meets the most stringent standards of modern laboratories. It allows direct dosing from storage bottles, while minimising the risk of contamination and contact with chemicals.

Thanks to its highly resistant components, such as borosilicate glass, PTFE, PFA and iridium-platinum, the Genius Dispenser is compatible with a wide variety of acids, bases, organic solvents and saline solutions. It is also equipped with a back-dosing system (return valve), which allows air to be purged from the system without wasting reagent. This mechanism ensures bubble-free dosing and safe handling even with volatile or corrosive substances.

Accuracy is a major advantage of the Vitlab Genius: it complies with the requirements of DIN EN ISO 8655, with a systematic error of less than ±0.5% for most models and a repeatability of less than 0.1%. Its volume adjustment mechanism is simple, reliable and easily lockable, ensuring consistent use even during intensive use. The device is also adjustable, with a simple calibration system via a dedicated knob.

For maintenance, the Genius Dispenser is designed to be easily dismantled. It can be cleaned with water, disinfected or even fully autoclaved at 121°C for 15 minutes. Its removable parts are accessible and replaceable, ensuring a long service life for the device. It comes with several threaded adapters to fit different laboratory bottles.

Whether you work in analytical chemistry, biotechnology or the pharmaceutical industry, the Vitlab Genius offers a reliable and durable solution for your precise liquid dispensing needs. It is a safe choice for all laboratories seeking performance, safety and compliance.
