Gentier 96E/96R: the real-time PCR series designed for scientific requirements
The Gentier 96E/96R real-time PCR system from Tianlong has been designed for laboratories looking for a reliable, versatile and easy-to-use tool. This series includes two models, the Gentier 96E and the Gentier 96R, which differ in the number of fluorescence channels: six for the 96E and four for the 96R. This configuration allows users to adapt their protocols to the needs of the analysis, whether it be qualitative gene detection, absolute or relative quantitative analysis, genotyping or melting curve analysis.
Designed to run 96 samples simultaneously, these systems optimise productivity while maintaining excellent accuracy. They are compatible with most fluorescent dyes on the market, including FAM, HEX, ROX, Cy5, and even the FRET channel on the 96E model. The integrated LED lighting is bright, durable and maintenance-free, offering long-term stability. The photodiode detection system ensures reliable data acquisition.
Thermal control, with a temperature rise of up to 26.1°C/s and accuracy of less than 0.1°C, guarantees reproducible results, even during complex protocols. These devices are suitable for different consumable formats: 96-well 0.2 mL plates, individual tubes or strips of eight tubes.
Operation is facilitated by an integrated 10.4-inch touchscreen, allowing autonomous control, or via PC software connected locally or remotely via a network connection. The automatic restart function in the event of a power failure eliminates loss of experiments. Each unit can store more than 1,000 experiment files, which can be easily exported via USB.
The Gentier 96E/96R series has been certified in many regions (China, Europe, United States, Japan, etc.) and is widely used in fields such as clinical diagnostics, scientific research, food safety, forensic investigations and epidemiological surveillance.
