GOLEM 6 – The benchmark chair for gynaecological and urological examinations
The GOLEM 6 chair designed by RQL meets the requirements of healthcare professionals performing gynaecological and urological examinations or outpatient care requiring a specific patient position. Compact, stable and fully equipped, it is the solution of choice for medical practices and hospitals looking for reliability and ease of use.
The GOLEM 6 is designed with a wide 620 mm seat surface divided into functional segments: a seat with an anatomical opening, a fixed backrest that can be manually reclined from 0 to +80°, and a raised headrest. Each segment is covered with seamless imitation leather for quick cleaning and impeccable hygiene. All components are covered with grey plastic fairings, limiting areas where dust or fluids can accumulate.
The chair is equipped with a silent electric motor that allows the seat height to be adjusted between 640 mm and 940 mm. This adjustment is made using a foot pedal, even with a patient weighing up to 150 kg. The precise dimensions of the segments – 420 mm for the seat, 510 mm for the backrest and 400 mm for the headrest – are designed to accommodate a wide range of body types.
Fully equipped as standard, the GOLEM 6 includes Goepel leg rests or heel rests with articulated fastenings, a non-slip step, a stainless steel tray for examinations or samples, side armrests to secure the patient, and a paper roll holder that can be adapted to the entire surface or to specific areas (backrest, seat).
Its stable and compact base (approx. 800 × 1400 mm) allows easy integration into any type of examination room. Thanks to its modular design, the GOLEM 6 chair can be enhanced with additional accessories to meet specific needs: colposcopy, localised lighting, instrumentation, enhanced mobility, or fluid management.
