The Memmert SF75 hot air sterilizer is designed to meet the strict requirements of laboratories and healthcare facilities. Unlike simple disinfection, thermal sterilization ensures the complete elimination of microorganisms, providing optimal hygiene for instruments and containers used in sensitive environments.
This model operates within an adjustable temperature range of +20 to +250 °C, offering flexibility to meet various needs. Thanks to the Setpoint Wait function, the sterilization process only begins once the target temperature is reached, ensuring perfect homogeneity of the treatment. A Class A DIN Pt100 thermosensor precisely monitors the temperature to guarantee the reliability of the cycle.
The SF75 features a control system with a high-resolution color TFT screen and a ControlCOCKPIT SingleDISPLAY interface. The digital PID regulator adjusts parameters in real-time for optimized heat management. A timer allows for the programming of cycles ranging from one minute to 99 days, offering complete flexibility in work organization.
Ventilation is fully optimized with a fan whose speed can be adjusted in 10% increments, ensuring uniform heat distribution inside the chamber. An electronically controlled air outlet valve ensures controlled airflow, promoting maximum thermal efficiency.
In terms of safety, the SF75 includes a thermal protection system with an adjustable electronic device and a mechanical temperature limiter (DIN 12880 class). It also features a self-diagnostic system that detects anomalies and records data for precise cycle tracking, even in the event of a power outage.
Constructed from stainless steel, the SF75 is robust and easy to maintain. Its interior is reinforced with embossed grooves and integrated heating on four sides for homogeneous heat diffusion. It comes with two electro-polished stainless steel shelves, with a capacity to accommodate up to six levels. The maximum load is 120 kg, with each shelf supporting up to 20 kg.
The device is also equipped with an insulated stainless steel door with a two-point locking system, ensuring a secure and airtight closure. Its rear panel is made of galvanized steel sheet, providing increased durability.
In terms of connectivity, the SF75 allows for data recording and management via an Ethernet interface and AtmoCONTROL software, available on an optional USB key.
The installation of the sterilizer requires adequate space, with a minimum clearance of 15 cm from the rear wall, 20 cm from the ceiling, and 5 cm from the sides. It operates under ambient conditions ranging from +5 to +40 °C with a maximum relative humidity of 80% (non-condensing).
With a voltage of 230 V (2500 W) or 115 V (1800 W), this device adapts to standard infrastructures. Its net weight is 66 kg, and it is delivered in robust packaging for secure transport.
