Memmert HPP1060: A High-Performance Climate Chamber for Perfectly Controlled Conditions
The Memmert HPP1060 is a state-of-the-art climate chamber developed by the German company Memmert, renowned for the quality and reliability of its laboratory instruments. This model stands out for its thermoregulation technology based on the Peltier effect, a solution that offers precise temperature control without the need for energy-intensive cooling systems.
Thanks to this technology, the HPP1060 allows precise temperature control in a range from 0 °C to +70 °C, depending on the selected relative humidity. It also guarantees a homogeneous environment without temperature fluctuations, ideal for stability testing, cell culture or long-term storage tests. The unit can operate with or without humidity, making it suitable for a wide variety of experimental protocols.
Another strong point of the HPP1060 is its ability to regulate relative humidity with high precision, between 10% and 90% RH. This feature is particularly crucial for laboratories working in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics or food industries, where stable environmental conditions are essential to ensure the reproducibility of tests. Two standard calibration points (at +25°C/40% RH and +40°C/75% RH) ensure the traceability of experimental conditions.
The chamber is designed with a fully insulated double stainless steel door with a two-point locking system to ensure a hermetic seal. It stands on lockable castors for easy movement within the laboratory. Its textured stainless steel casing gives the HPP1060 unrivalled robustness and makes it easy to maintain.
In terms of control features, the HPP1060 incorporates HeatBALANCE technology, which allows the heating power distribution between the upper and lower circuits to be adjusted from -50% to +50%, ensuring exceptional thermal stability throughout the chamber volume.
The generous usable volume of the chamber, coupled with its relatively small footprint, makes the HPP1060 ideal for environments where space is limited but environmental simulation requirements are high. The entire system complies with current safety standards and is certified by independent testing agencies.
The energy efficiency of the HPP1060 makes it an environmentally responsible choice. By reducing energy consumption for heating and cooling, it is part of a sustainable laboratory approach while ensuring high performance.
