Julabo HT30-M1-C.U. – High-temperature circulator with cooling unit
The HT30-M1-C.U. from Julabo is a high-temperature circulator with an integrated cooling unit, specially designed to cover a wide working range from +40 °C to +400 °C. Its dual-zone technology enables reliable and efficient temperature control, even under intensive operating conditions. This device is suitable for environments where temperature accuracy and stability are crucial, such as scientific research, process development and industrial testing. The self-optimising ICC controller ensures continuous adjustment of parameters to maintain consistent performance. The four-line backlit LCD display and simple keyboard controls ensure intuitive operation and real-time monitoring of working conditions.
Optimised thermal and mechanical performance
The HT30-M1-C.U. stands out for its 3 kW heating capacity, allowing rapid temperature rise, and its pumping capacity of up to 18 l/min at a maximum pressure of 1.2 bar. Its remarkable thermal stability, up to ±0.01 °C, meets the most stringent control requirements. The system incorporates an automatic air vent for easy filling and reduced risk of air bubbles in the circuit. An electronic liquid level indicator makes it easy to monitor the amount of fluid available, while the 1.5-litre internal expansion tank ensures optimal working volume management. Compatibility with different thermal fluids allows safe operation up to +350°C with the appropriate fluids.
Durable design and extensive connectivity
The compact housing (43 × 23 × 58 cm) and low weight (35 kg) facilitate integration into various working environments. RS232 and RS485 interfaces, as well as a Profibus option, ensure easy communication with supervision and automation systems. The connection for an external Pt100 sensor allows the temperature in the application to be measured and controlled directly, ensuring optimum accuracy. Thanks to its IP21 rating and environmentally friendly design, this device can be integrated into modern processes while keeping its ecological footprint to a minimum.
