The Memmert IF75 offers an adjustable temperature range from +20 °C to +80 °C, with a setpoint accuracy of 0.1 °C. Thanks to its Pt100 temperature sensor in a 4-wire circuit (DIN class A) and its electronic PID control, temperature fluctuations are controlled with great precision. The integrated fan, adjustable in 10% increments, ensures optimum, quiet air circulation, enhancing the precision of the thermal environment. The SetpointWAIT system guarantees that the process time only starts once the desired temperature has been reached, for optimum accuracy in programmed cycles.
The IF75 design combines ergonomics and robustness. Its interior, made of electropolished stainless steel, is reinforced by structural deep drawing and heated on all four sides to prevent cold spots. It is easy to clean and complies with the most stringent hygiene standards. The exterior, also made of textured stainless steel, houses an insulated door with a two-point lock and a glass inner door for visual inspection without disturbing the internal atmosphere.
The user interface is equipped with the high-resolution TFT touchscreen of the ControlCOCKPIT SingleDISPLAY system, offering intuitive operation and precise settings. Users can adjust temperature, ventilation, air vent position and programme duration settings, and even manage summer/winter time changes. The digital timer, programmable from 1 minute to 99 days, integrates perfectly with complex protocols.
When it comes to safety, the IF75 is no slouch. It is equipped with an electronic temperature monitoring system and an independent mechanical limiter (TB) compliant with DIN 12880, which interrupts heating if the temperature exceeds approximately 20°C. A self-diagnostic system also allows for quick analysis of any errors.
