IIRR310LG10 refrigerated cabinet for demanding laboratories
The IIRR310LG10 is a positive refrigerated cabinet designed to meet the strict requirements of laboratories and research environments. With a gross capacity of 218 litres and a net capacity of 189 litres, it offers optimised space for storing temperature-sensitive products. Its design complies with Good Laboratory Practice standards and allows for qualification according to the FD X15-140 directive, ensuring maximum traceability and reliability.
The unit is equipped with a ventilated cooling system, ensuring even temperature distribution throughout the entire height of the chamber. The adjustable temperature range from +2 °C to +20 °C, with a uniformity of ±3K, maintains optimal conditions for stored samples, reagents or medicines. Defrosting is automatic, with condensate evaporation, reducing manual intervention and improving thermal stability.
Safety, regulation and ATEX compliance
Safety is at the heart of the IIRR310LG10's design. It is ATEX-approved for indoor and outdoor use, with a classification of II 3G Ex ec nC ic IIB T6 Gc, ensuring safe use in potentially explosive atmospheres. The anti-freeze safety thermostat protects products from excessively low temperatures, while the MPC 4.6 electronic control ensures precise temperature control.
Visual and audible alarms signal any door opening or temperature exceedance, and alarm histories and min/max values are stored. A potential-free dry contact allows alarms to be reported to an external supervision system. The control is lockable to prevent unauthorised modification of settings.
Ergonomics, modularity and professional equipment
The cabinet is designed for practical and ergonomic use. Its body is made of white lacquered steel, and its PS tank has rounded corners for easy cleaning. The door is equipped with a lock and can be mounted with a reversible opening direction. An automatic door return and ventilation shut-off when opened ensure optimal preservation.
Two 25 mm chamber passages allow the installation of external probes for on-site qualification or GTC supervision.
Its noise level of 34.1 dB(A) and low energy consumption (0.52 kWh/24h) make it a discreet and economical appliance. It operates on a 230 V / 50 Hz power supply, with a connected load of 95 W and a heat output of 20 Wh/h. The refrigerant used is R-600a, which is clean and environmentally friendly, with a charge of 45 g.
