Pt100 Immersion Probe 6000-1073 – Precision and Robustness for Use in Demanding Professional Environments
The Dostmann model 6000-1073 is an immersion temperature sensor designed to meet the rigorous standards of the medical, pharmaceutical, food and scientific sectors. It incorporates a class 1/10 DIN Pt100 sensor, renowned for its high accuracy, with an extended measuring range from -200 °C to +450 °C. This sensor is particularly suitable for applications requiring reliable temperature readings in quality control, sterile production or laboratory research.
Its structure consists of a WS 1.4571 (AISI 316Ti) stainless steel tube, an alloy known for its resistance to corrosion and chemicals. The sensing element is insulated by a mineral material that ensures excellent thermal stability. Thanks to its 150 x 3.0 mm format, this probe can be easily inserted into liquids, semi-solid media or substances to be monitored. The t90 response time is rated at 12 seconds, ensuring rapid detection of temperature changes.
The sensor has a sturdy handle for easy handling during field or laboratory measurements. It is designed for use with Dostmann's P700 and T900 series devices, ensuring seamless integration into existing measurement systems. Compliant with EN60751, it meets the requirements of quality management systems, including those related to ISO 9001 and EN13485 standards.
