Description

Thrombolyzer XRC: A Powerhouse of Efficiency for Coagulation Testing

The Thrombolyzer XRC by Behnk is a fully automated coagulation analyzer designed to deliver consistent performance and seamless operation in medium-throughput laboratories. This device meets the daily demands of coagulation testing with high accuracy, while optimizing processing time and staff workload. With a capacity of up to 160 tests per hour, it is ideal for clinical environments where speed and reliability are critical.

Thanks to its continuous loading system, the Thrombolyzer XRC allows for extended autonomy and constant availability, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operation.

Enhanced safety is ensured by an integrated barcode reader, which provides positive sample identification prior to testing. Tests can be performed on capped primary tubes, regardless of the type used, thanks to an automatic cap-piercing system. The analyzer features a large internal memory capable of storing over 100,000 patient results, allowing full traceability and facilitating audits or retrospective analysis.

Daily maintenance takes less than five minutes, and weekly upkeep requires only 25 minutes, maximizing productivity with minimal downtime. The system runs on Linux OS and features a bidirectional LIS interface for smooth communication with the laboratory information system. Three security levels ensure controlled and safe operation at all times. The Thrombolyzer XRC handles coagulometric, chromogenic, and immunological tests, with fully automated calibration processes.

The integrated quality control program supports features such as automatic test repeats, reflex testing, microclot detection, and plausibility checks of reaction curves. Dual-wavelength measurement at 405 nm and 620 nm, combined with digitally adjustable light intensity, ensures precise and reliable readings.

With its compact design and low noise level, the Thrombolyzer XRC fits effortlessly into any laboratory space without compromising the working environment.
