Memmert IN750 – Large-capacity incubator for scientific and industrial applications
The Memmert IN750 incubator is specially designed for environments requiring precise and constant temperature control. With an internal volume of 749 litres, it is intended for research laboratories, medical facilities, pharmaceutical industries and food analysis laboratories. Its wide temperature range, from +20 °C to +80 °C, allows it to be adapted to many applications, from microbiological culture to stability analysis and the storage of sensitive samples.
Thanks to its natural convection system, the IN750 ensures even heat distribution throughout the chamber, while minimising air movements that could disturb fragile samples. The integration of a high-precision Pt100 temperature sensor , combined with electronic PID control, guarantees constant temperature maintenance with an accuracy of 0.1 °C. In addition, the SetpointWAIT function allows the process time to start only when the target temperature is reached, ensuring reproducible results.
The ControlCOCKPIT control interface with TFT colour display offers intuitive navigation and direct access to all essential parameters. Users can set the temperature, operating time, air flap position and even manage seasonal changes between summer and winter time. The integrated timer allows programmable operation from one minute to 99 days, making the incubator ideal for long and complex protocols.
The internal structure is made of electropolished stainless steel, designed to withstand intensive use while ensuring impeccable hygiene. Heated walls on four sides ensure even heat distribution, and cleaning is made easy by the absence of bulky internal components. The incubator is equipped with stainless steel shelves, and the total capacity allows for up to 14 levels to be installed to optimise the available space.
In terms of safety, the IN750 is equipped with an electronic overheating control device and a mechanical temperature limiter, in accordance with DIN 12880. In the event of a malfunction, a self-diagnostic system allows for rapid analysis of any faults. The robust door design, with two-point locking and interior glazing, ensures both optimal thermal insulation and easy viewing of the contents without disturbing the internal atmosphere.
The IN750 also features connectivity via AtmoCONTROL software, allowing programming and data retrieval via an Ethernet interface. In the event of a power failure, programmes are retained, ensuring continuity of operations. Additional accessories such as USB sticks preloaded with the software or additional grids can be added to the equipment to adapt it to the specific needs of each user.
