IF750 Incubator: Precision Equipment for Sensitive Applications
The Memmert IF750 incubator is designed to seamlessly integrate into scientific research, medical laboratories, pharmaceutical quality control, food analysis, and applied chemistry environments. With its robust stainless steel construction and a generous usable volume of 749 liters, it enables homogeneous incubation of numerous samples in a perfectly controlled environment, while ensuring exceptional thermal stability.
Its temperature range extends from +20 °C to +80 °C, with a display resolution of 0.1 °C. The unit delivers a stable temperature rise, initiating only once the setpoint temperature has been reached, thanks to the SetpointWAIT function. The digital PID control system, managed via the intuitive ControlCOCKPIT interface, allows precise adjustment of all essential parameters. The high-resolution color TFT display ensures clear readings and quick access to settings such as temperature (°C or °F), air flap position, fan speed, and time programming.
The inner chamber, equipped with two electropolished stainless steel shelves, is heated on all four sides, guaranteeing uniform heat distribution—critical for reliable incubation cycles, even under heavy sample loads. The IF750 accommodates up to 14 shelves, with a maximum load of 30 kg per level and a total capacity of 300 kg. Inner glass doors enable easy observation without opening, while the insulated outer doors ensure airtight and secure sealing.
Safety features are fully integrated, including electronic overtemperature protection, a mechanical temperature limiter, and self-diagnostic monitoring to detect any system anomalies. In the event of a power failure, the unit is designed to log operational data and can be connected via Ethernet for advanced monitoring and management through the AtmoCONTROL software (available on USB stick as an option).
Mounted on braked casters, the incubator is easy to position in any laboratory, provided the recommended clearance for proper ventilation is maintained.
