The Memmert IN750plus incubator is a precision thermal solution specifically engineered to meet the stringent demands of laboratories in scientific research, clinical biology, the pharmaceutical industry, food analysis, and chemistry. Its meticulous design and advanced thermal control features make it a reliable tool for processes that are highly sensitive to temperature variations.
With a usable volume of 749 liters, the IN750plus offers a temperature range adjustable from +20 °C to +80 °C, maintained with high stability by two mutually monitoring Pt100 temperature sensors using 4-wire technology. Its digital PID control system, combined with the ControlCOCKPIT TwinDISPLAY (dual high-resolution TFT screens), allows for precise and intuitive adjustment of all operational parameters. The HeatBALANCE function enables customized heat distribution between the upper and lower heating zones, ensuring optimal thermal homogeneity.
The SetpointWAIT function prevents program execution until the target temperature is fully reached, enhancing test reproducibility. The user interface allows for the configuration of multiple parameters, including temperature (in °C or °F), time zones, and day/night cycles. The AtmoCONTROL software enables programming, data management, and export via USB or Ethernet, ensuring seamless integration into the laboratory’s digital protocols.
The interior chamber is made of stainless steel, with integrated heating on all four sides. The unit is compatible with two electropolished stainless-steel shelves and can accommodate up to 14 shelves, each capable of supporting 30 kg, with a maximum total load of 300 kg. The double door system, with an inner glass panel and compression latch, ensures excellent insulation.
In terms of safety, the IN750plus is equipped with multiple redundant systems: a mechanical thermostat, electronic temperature limiter, AutoSAFETY system with audible and visual alarms, and a self-diagnostic system.
Its castor-mounted frame with integrated brakes allows for easy installation. With external dimensions of 1224 x 1720 x 784 mm and a net weight of 217 kg, this incubator is both stable and robust.
