The LM-7 lensometer is a compact and ergonomic device designed to automate the identification of glass types and the measurement of powers, whether the glass is mounted or not.
The LM-7 lensometer is a compact and ergonomic device designed to automate the identification of glass types and the measurement of powers, whether the glass is mounted or not.
The compact LM-7 lensometer integrates Shack-Hartmann technology for precise measurement of lens power over an extended area, ensuring accuracy down to the hundredth of a diopter. Its green LED with a wavelength of 540 nm eliminates the need to adjust the Abbe number, regardless of the refractive index of the glass.
With comprehensive connectivity, including USB, RS232C, and RJ45 ports (optional LAN card), it provides easy communication with all NIDEK refraction devices. Equipped with various features such as manual measurement of mounting gap and UV transmission at 365 nm (UV A), the LM-7 is suitable for both clinical and workshop refraction. The LM-7 model, with fewer components than previous models, enables a 12% energy-saving.
