LGEX 3510: Safety and compliance for demanding environments
The LGEX 3510 is a negative pressure laboratory cabinet designed to meet the most stringent safety and performance standards. Its chamber is ATEX 3500X (EX II3G EEX nA II T6) certified in accordance with European Directive 94/9 EC, ensuring optimal protection for the storage of non-corrosive volatile products. This certification allows it to be used in hazardous environments, while ensuring maximum safety for users and stored samples.
The device is certified by a Cofrac-accredited body, ensuring reliable performance in a controlled environment at 25°C. It also complies with CE and ISO9001 standards, attesting to its manufacturing quality and regulatory compliance.
Precision cooling and control technology
The LGEX 3510 uses a Cofrac-certified static cooling system with a preset temperature of -20°C ±5°C, adjustable between -10°C and -30°C. This system is ideal for maintaining a stable and consistent temperature, which is essential for the preservation of sensitive substances. Manual defrosting allows for complete control of the process, avoiding automatic cycles that could disrupt internal conditions.
The integrated electronic control offers a resolution of 0.1°C, with digital temperature display, setpoint modification, stored alarm reading, and manual defrost activation. An audible and visual alarm signals any temperature variation or door opening, with a dry contact for alarm reporting. RS 485 connectivity allows monitoring and traceability via software and interface available as accessories.
Optimised ergonomics, capacity and modularity
With a gross volume of 310 litres and a net volume of 284 litres, the LGEX 3510 offers a large storage capacity. It is equipped with eight removable transparent drawers, allowing direct loading onto the shelves if necessary. The dimensions of the drawers are optimised for efficient organisation: 445×404×156 mm for the standard drawers and 445×257×165 mm for the bottom drawer.
The ABS tank is insulated with 70 mm high-density polyurethane, ensuring excellent thermal performance. The white epoxy-coated steel body provides increased strength and durability.
The dimensions of the unit (1840×600×615 mm) allow for easy integration into laboratories, with a noise level of only 40 dB for optimal acoustic comfort. The power supply is standard (230 V - 50 Hz) with an energy consumption of 1.0 kWh/24h, using the environmentally friendly R600a refrigerant.
