LineGene 9600 Plus: High-Reliability Fluorescent Quantitative PCR System
Bioer's LineGene 9600 Plus is a real-time fluorescent PCR system designed to deliver consistent performance in biomedical research, biotechnology, molecular diagnostics and clinical analysis laboratories. With its stable and precise thermal architecture, it meets the rigorous requirements of users in terms of detection, temperature uniformity and reproducible control of PCR cycles.
This model is based on a custom Peltier module developed by Ferrotec, integrated with a patented heat dissipation mechanism and bottom-up optical scanning. This technical configuration allows for rapid temperature rise, efficient cooling and uniformity across the entire thermal block. Each cycle is therefore reproducible, with an accuracy of ±0.1°C.
The LineGene 9600 Plus is compatible with standard market formats: 96-well plates, 12-tube strips or individual 0.1 to 0.2 mL tubes with transparent bottoms. It covers a dynamic range of up to 10^10, making it a reliable tool for analyses requiring high sensitivity, including applications in quantitative genetics or pathogen diagnostics.
The device operates continuously, with a Windows-compatible software interface (XP, 7, 10) and results can be exported to Excel (versions 2000 to 2012). It enables absolute and relative quantitative analysis, SNP analysis and high-resolution melting curves. Detection is performed via six channels without cross-interference, each with automatic or customised gain. The system uses a long-life LED light source, ensuring stable excitation of the fluorophores.
The LineGene 9600 Plus is also equipped with a heating lid adjustable between 30°C and 110°C, with a default temperature of 105°C. The user also benefits from automatic hot lid technology, which optimises pressure on the tubes to prevent evaporation during cycles. The device includes a full block scan for uniform reading of the wells.
Its compact design (410 x 386 x 352 mm) fits easily into laboratory environments. It operates on a universal power supply (100–240 V, 50/60 Hz) with an input power of 500–1600 W. CE/EMC/RoHS2 certification ensures compliance with current quality and safety standards.
