The NSK iCare maintenance system is a device for maintaining rotary instruments. Compact and stylish, the iCare provides automatic cleaning and lubrication, with an oil volume tailored to each instrument. With its various purge modes, it ensures comprehensive maintenance, while its large built-in oil reservoir simplifies the process.
Designed for easy and effective use, this sleek and compact device offers advanced features to ensure thorough cleaning and rigorous lubrication.
The volume of oil used is specifically adjusted according to the inserted instrument, whether it's turbines, contra-angles, or handpieces. The internal components of turbines are carefully cleaned, while contra-angles and handpieces benefit from optimal solution penetration thanks to NSK's rotation system.
The iCare offers three different purge modes after lubrication, allowing for complete removal of excess oil. Additionally, the claw cleaning function ensures total removal of milling dirt and debris from the claw.
For increased safety, the iCare is equipped with an LED alarm that warns of potential risks, such as inappropriate solution quantity or improperly closed front door.
Cleaning the iCare is a breeze thanks to the fully removable front door. Additionally, the large integrated oil tank with a capacity of 1.2 liters reduces the frequency of refills, with a pouring spout allowing for simple and clean refills.
The NSK iCare is not only high-performing but also sleek and compact. It can automatically maintain up to four instruments at once, making it an ideal choice for tight working environments.
