The IncuSafe MCO-170AICUVD CO2 incubator from PHCbi is a solution for cell culture, offering rigorous control and unrivalled protection against contamination. Designed to optimise the results and reproducibility of your cultures, this incubator incorporates state-of-the-art technologies to ensure a stable and safe environment. The PID control system ensures precise regulation of CO2 concentration and  uniform temperature  distribution within the chamber, allowing cells to thrive in ideal conditions.

Contamination prevention is a priority with the IncuSafe MCO-170AICUVD. Its inCu-saFe copper-enriched stainless steel alloy interior has intrinsic germicidal properties, inhibiting the growth of bacteria, mould and viruses. In addition, the SafeCell UV lamp, isolated so as not to harm cultures, continuously decontaminates the circulating air and water in the humidification tray. This dual action ensures active and constant  protection against contaminants.

A distinctive feature of this incubator is its 180°C Dual Heat dry heat sterilisation system. Using two heating elements, this comprehensive sterilisation process lasts 11 hours and effectively eliminates potential contaminants. A major advantage of this technology is its low heat dissipation, allowing cell cultures to continue in stacked incubators without temperature interruption. In addition, there is no need to remove internal parts or recalibrate the incubator after sterilisation, optimising laboratory efficiency and reducing downtime.

The IncuSafe MCO-170AICUVD has been designed for ease of use and maintenance. Its colour LCD touchscreen provides an intuitive interface and allows complete control of parameters, even when wearing gloves. Data transfer is simplified thanks to the integrated USB port. The interior of the incubator, with its rounded corners and integrated shelf supports, makes cleaning easy.

Thanks to its melamine foam insulation, heat dissipation during dry heat sterilisation is limited. This allows stacked units to be used simultaneously, ensuring continuity of cell cultures even when one of the incubators is in the sterilisation cycle. The IncuSafe MCO-170AICUVD thus offers a precise culture environment, active decontamination and ease of use, meeting the most stringent requirements of cell culture laboratories.
