The OTV-S400 is at the heart of the VISERA 4K UHD imaging system, designed to deliver exceptional image quality in medical settings. With its faithful reproduction of details and color management, this device meets the demands of surgeons and endoscopy specialists.
The control unit can display images in 4K UHD (4096 × 2160, 3840 × 2160) as well as Full HD (1920 × 1080). It supports multiple output formats, including 3G-SDI and HD-SDI, ensuring smooth and stable image transmission. Its wide color gamut and 16-axis color correction system provide precise and customizable image rendering according to user preferences.
Contrast enhancement is another key feature, allowing users to choose between several adjustment levels: normal, low, or high. This flexibility improves the visibility of anatomical structures under varying lighting conditions. A Narrow Band Imaging (NBI) mode is available, offering enhanced visualization of vascular and mucosal structures for more precise diagnostics.
Color correction ensures optimal color fidelity, tailored to the specific needs of healthcare professionals. By adjusting hues along 16 axes, the OTV-S400 allows for fine-tuned customization of image rendering, enhancing visual comfort and facilitating clinical interpretation.
The OTV-S400 is equipped with several technologies aimed at optimizing the clarity and sharpness of endoscopic images. It features automatic gain adjustment to improve brightness in low-light conditions. Two types of image processing are available: structure enhancement (emphasizing fine patterns) and edge enhancement (accentuating borders), allowing for sharpness adjustments tailored to the specific needs of the procedure.
The device also includes an intelligent contrast management function, which enhances details based on light levels and the type of tissue being observed. These settings are crucial for ensuring optimal visibility during complex medical procedures.
Its touchscreen facilitates real-time adjustments, providing intuitive control during procedures. Professionals can save up to 10 user presets, optimizing efficiency and personalization of settings for various interventions.
Additionally, the OTV-S400 offers a memory function that retains customized settings even after the device is turned off. This feature saves practitioners from having to manually readjust their settings each time, ensuring a seamless workflow in their daily practice.
