The user interface is designed for intuitive operation: the dual-display LED screen shows the measured temperature (top line) and the set temperature (bottom line) simultaneously. The touch control, combined with a programmable timer up to 9999 minutes with delay function, offers great flexibility of use. Whether in continuous, timed or automatic stop mode, the MF12 adapts to all protocols.
Finally, this oven is equipped with safety devices for peace of mind: audible alarm in case of overheating, door lock, automatic shut-off when opened, thermocouple failure detection, and parameter memory in case of power failure. Thanks to its high-precision platinum-rhodium sensor and automatic correction functions, the MF12 guarantees optimal control, even under the most demanding conditions.
