Whether for beveling, grooving, drilling or counter-beveling, every finish is performed with extreme precision.
Essilor's patented Fit-4-Frame technology allows the chamfer profile to be adjusted at four strategic points according to the thickness of the lens and the geometry of the frame. This process guarantees optimal lens retention without compromising aesthetics. In addition, real-time control of cutting forces ensures a perfect balance between performance and execution time, even for highly curved or hydrophobic-treated lenses.

The Mr Orange Edger incorporates the Star Control process, reserved for lenses with hydrophobic treatment. This cycle ensures complete control over the integrity of the lens, from centring to treatment resistance, regardless of the material used. Thanks to geometric analysis of the lens and a 30° tool angle, the machine guarantees exceptional results for all finishes, including the most demanding ones such as drilling and grooving.
