SevenExcellence™: Simplified Multiparameter Analysis for Demanding Laboratories
The SevenExcellence™ by Mettler Toledo is a comprehensive electrochemical measuring instrument capable of simultaneously monitoring up to three parameters, such as pH, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, ion concentration, and redox potential. This modular system adapts to the specific needs of any laboratory through its interchangeable expansion units, available in multiple configurations (S400, S700, S900, etc.).
Its large, full-color touchscreen offers intuitive, multilingual navigation in 10 languages. Users can choose between two display modes depending on the level of information needed. The innovative uFocus™ function highlights only the most relevant data for optimal readability. With OneClick™ methods, predefined analyses can be launched with a single tap, ensuring repeatable measurements and minimizing human error.
The uPlace™ electrode arm ensures precise one-handed positioning, reducing the risk of spills or probe damage. The instrument supports a wide range of sensors (ISM®, ISFET, ion-selective, optical, etc.) and can be paired with an optional uMix™ magnetic stirrer—ideal for homogenizing samples prior to measurement.
With multiple connectivity options (USB, Ethernet, RS232), the SevenExcellence™ integrates seamlessly with various peripherals, such as METTLER TOLEDO printers, barcode readers, sample changers, and the LabX® direct software. Results can be automatically stored, printed, or exported in digital formats.
Designed to comply with GLP/GMP requirements, the system features four-tier user management, PIN code protection, and full data archiving with automatic timestamping (via radio-controlled clock). For enhanced security, fingerprint readers can also be used.
The instrument-assisted calibration system offers guided sequences, sensor tests, drift and interval monitoring, and full ISM® data integration. It ensures the consistency and reliability of results—especially in regulated environments.
