Neurosign N400: Accurate and simple motor nerve monitoring
The Neurosign N400 is a motor nerve monitoring device designed to meet the requirements of delicate surgeries such as parotidectomy, mastoidectomy, thyroidectomy, CPA tumour excision and facial reconstruction. With four EMG channels and an integrated stimulator, it allows surgeons to locate and identify nerves with high precision, reducing the risk of nerve damage and facilitating intraoperative decision-making.
The system is equipped with a 14W audio amplifier and a 6-inch speaker offering excellent low-frequency response. This configuration ensures immediate and intuitive auditory feedback, even in noisy operating theatre environments. The front panel is flat and made of a bactericidal material, promoting hygiene and safety. All essential functions are accessible at the touch of a button, making the device particularly easy to learn and use.
Optimised for demanding surgical environments
The N400 is mains powered, eliminating the hassle of recharging or replacing batteries. It retains its operating status when switched off, allowing for quick restart without additional configuration. Each surgeon can save their personalised settings, simplifying the work of operating theatre staff and improving efficiency.
The system is compatible with a dedicated printer, allowing results to be printed offline, directly in the office. Data is stored in non-volatile memory, ensuring it is retained even in the event of a power failure.
Reliability and control thanks to single-use consumables
All electrodes and stimulation probes are single-use, ensuring consistent quality and traceability of costs per procedure. The choice of probes includes bipolar, monopolar and concentric models, each suited to specific uses: moderate penetration, general mapping or extreme precision without penetration.
The N400 complies with European and North American standards for medical devices, including Directive 93/42/EEC and standards EN60601-1 and CSA 22.2601-1. It is CE marked and manufactured according to the ISO 13485 quality system.
