NDL.010 – A Compact Solution for Perfectly Dry Compressed Air
The NDL.010 offered by F-DGSi is an adsorption air dryer designed to meet the most stringent requirements of laboratories and industrial facilities where compressed air quality is essential. This model uses a dual-column system containing molecular sieves, which continuously dries the air while simultaneously regenerating the inactive column using a controlled air flow. This principle achieves a constant dew point of -40°C, ensuring optimal protection for moisture-sensitive instruments and applications.
One of the great advantages of the NDL.010 is its oil-free design and compatibility with a wide range of air pressures, from 4 to 16 bar. This makes it compatible with a wide variety of compressors and gas generators. Installation is simplified thanks to standard G 3/8 connections and a small footprint: only 24.1 x 44.7 x 16 cm. This compact size allows for easy integration, even in environments where space is limited. Weighing only 8.3 kg, the unit can be moved or positioned without difficulty.
Operating on both 220–240 V and 110–120 V power supplies, the NDL.010 consumes only 18 watts, making it very energy efficient. Despite its low power consumption, it is capable of delivering a dry air flow rate of up to 70 L/min, with a required inlet air flow rate of 85 L/min. The air loss associated with regeneration remains moderate at 15 L/min, ensuring high overall system efficiency.
