Hitachi Noblus Ultrasound Scanner: a Mobile Solution for High-Level Imaging
The Hitachi Noblus ultrasound scanner is a compact medical imaging platform that integrates capabilities usually reserved for high-end cart-based systems. Thanks to its architecture based on the Ultra BE (Ultrasound Broadband Engine) processor, the Noblus offers remarkable image quality and a wide range of clinical functions. It enables detailed tissue visualisation, accurate detection of blood flow and better differentiation of lesions in abdominal, cardiovascular, thyroid, breast, musculoskeletal and obstetric imaging.
Designed to meet the requirements of many clinical environments, it is equally suited for use in hospitals and private practices. Its compact design allows for desktop installation, with a foldable console to optimise space. Its height- and side-adjustable screen ensures comfortable examination in a seated or standing position, while minimising physical effort for the practitioner. It can also be mounted on an optional trolley with swivel wheels for maximum mobility.
The Noblus' Smart Touch technology allows intuitive adjustment of settings by touching the screen directly, making it easier to concentrate on the ultrasound image. With optional wireless DICOM connectivity, data can be easily transferred to hospital systems.
The Noblus offers features such as Real-time Tissue Elastography, which displays tissue stiffness in real time to better identify lesions that are difficult to differentiate in B-mode. Fine Flow improves the visualisation of blood flow in microvessels, even at high frame rates. Dynamic harmonic imaging (HdTHI) and HI Com spatial processing enhance image resolution and clarity in complex structures. Specific features such as STIC for foetal examinations, automatic IMT measurement and 4D shading mode for gynaecology complete this extensive clinical offering.
