With its voice-activated controls, this new-generation automated OCT, iScan 80, goes beyond expectations in terms of efficiency. Ideal for eye care professionals looking for a versatile, affordable system, iScan 80 offers continuous imaging without the need for extensive training, and provides oral patient instructions in 12 languages.

Revolutionary features of the iScan 80 include a speed of 80,000 A-scans per second, three times faster than first-generation OCT, simplified image acquisition, new reports and an enlarged field of view. Compact, portable and ergonomic, the iScan 80 integrates the operator interface, display, patient interface and scan head in a single device. Easily moved from one workstation to another, it can be installed on any stand, ready to scan as soon as it's plugged in.

The iScan 80 offers a full range of features, including iWellness OCT examination, retinal mapping, RFNL and GCC evolution, FLV and GLV index analysis for more sensitive and specific GCC, high-density 3D retinal imaging, and in-depth 3D optic disc analysis.

For the retina, the iScan 80 offers mapping with normative comparison and 3D scanning with frontal representation. The 12 mm wide-field images offer greater depth for high-resolution images. In-depth 3D analysis of the optic disc helps determine ganglion cell loss.

In addition to these features, all iScan 80 systems include the exclusive iWellnessExam examination. For the anterior segment, optional licenses enable 6 mm epithelial mapping and clearance mapping for scleral lenses.
