WTW's OxiTop IS6: a high-performance solution for BOD measurement
The WTW OxiTop IS6 is a laboratory instrument specially designed for respirometric measurement of biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) in water samples. A multi-coloured LED indicator shows the operating status of each unit, simplifying process monitoring. In addition, the system allows intermediate measurement intervals to be viewed without interrupting the current analysis, optimising data management.
The device is designed to minimise human error, in particular thanks to the direct entry of the sample volume in the menu, avoiding any manual conversion. The results are reliable, reproducible and comply with the requirements of control laboratories.
