MITSUBISHI P66E video copy processor: performance and precision for high-quality images
The MITSUBISHI P66E is a video copy processor designed to meet the demands of professionals in the medical, scientific and industrial fields. This device allows you to print still images from composite video signals with remarkable image quality thanks to its high-density thermal printing technology.
Operating on a 220-240V AC, 50Hz power supply, the P66E is designed for safe and reliable use. It features an ergonomic front panel with buttons for adjusting brightness, contrast, density and functions. Users can easily adjust settings to achieve optimal printing according to the specific requirements of each application.
The P66E accepts PAL and NTSC video signals, with normal or fine resolution options. In fine print mode, the image is rotated 90° for increased horizontal density (800 dots compared to 640 in normal mode). This flexibility allows the printout to be adapted to different image formats and orientations.
The device uses K65HM thermal paper, specially designed to offer superior print quality and protection against electrostatic discharge. Each roll can print approximately 260 images in paper-saving mode. The paper feed system is simple and secure, with position levers to prevent handling errors.
The P66E also features a remote control terminal, allowing a wired controller to be used to trigger printing remotely. This feature is particularly useful in medical environments where direct access to the device may be restricted.
In terms of maintenance, the P66E is designed for a long service life. It incorporates self-diagnostic and error display functions (overheating, no paper, condensation, etc.), making it easy to identify and resolve problems. Cleaning the rubber roller and thermal head is simple thanks to the use of cleaning paper.
Its compact design (154 × 125 × 314 mm) and light weight (3.9 kg) allow for easy integration into any professional environment.
