DINAMAP PRO 300V2 – Blood pressure, pulse and SpO₂ monitor for hospital care
The DINAMAP PRO 300V2 from GE Healthcare is a monitor designed for non-invasive monitoring of systolic, diastolic and mean arterial pressure (MAP), pulse rate and oxygen saturation (SpO₂). It is part of the PRO V2 range, which also includes the 100V2, 200V2 and 400V2 models, each configured according to the parameters measured. The 300V2 model stands out for its integration of SpO₂, in addition to blood pressure and pulse, offering a complete solution for acute care.
Designed for a variety of hospital environments – emergency departments, post-operative care, general medicine or outpatient care – this device is ideal for use at the patient's bedside. It operates on mains power or a rechargeable battery, ensuring continuity of service even when on the move. Switching between power modes is automatic and indicated by separate LED indicators.
The DINAMAP PRO 300V2 is easy to use, with a simple interface accessible via an LCD screen and LED displays for each vital parameter. Blood pressure measurements use the oscillometric method and can be triggered manually, automatically at regular intervals, or in STAT mode (multiple readings over 5 minutes). A " Vitals " function allows you to start a comprehensive measurement of vital signs.
For SpO₂, the PRO 300V2 integrates Masimo SET® or NELLCOR® OxiMAX™ technologies, depending on the configuration, both recognised for their effectiveness in difficult clinical conditions, particularly in cases of low perfusion or movement. The monitor provides an audible and visual alert when SpO₂ or heart rate values exceed programmed thresholds, ensuring immediate responsiveness.
The PRO 300V2 also has a built-in printing function, allowing quick printing of readings via an on-board thermal printer. Data can be exported via an RS-232 serial port for archiving or further analysis.
Robust, reliable and easy to maintain, the DINAMAP PRO 300V2 meets electromagnetic compatibility and electrical safety standards (IEC 601-1). It is suitable for continuous use, protected against vertical water jets (IPX1), and designed for rigorous hospital use. Thanks to its compact size and integrated handles, it is easy to move or attach to a trolley.
This monitor is a high-performance solution for facilities seeking vital sign monitoring without temperature but with SpO₂, in a reliable and mobile configuration.
