Description

VACUUBRAND PC610 NT Vacuum Pump System: Performance and Reliability for Laboratories

The VACUUBRAND PC610 NT vacuum pump system is a solution for laboratories requiring precise and efficient vacuum management. Designed for use in demanding environments, this system offers quiet performance and optimal solvent recovery, making it an ideal choice for a variety of laboratory applications, including rotary evaporators, vacuum drying ovens, and filtration processes.

The PC610 NT is equipped with a CVC3000 vacuum controller and a solenoid valve, enabling precise vacuum control with up to ten preconfigured pumping programmes. This feature allows users to select different vacuum supply modes, suitable for various laboratory applications. The system also features a separate flow-controlled vacuum port, enabling secondary and less demanding vacuum applications.

Manufactured with corrosion-resistant materials , such as PTFE heads and membranes, the PC610 NT eliminates the misting, handling and disposal of contaminated oil associated with rotary vane pumps. The flow paths are designed to withstand aggressive chemicals, ensuring a long service life and maintenance intervals exceeding 15,000 hours.

With a free air delivery of 63 lpm (2.2 cfm) and a maximum vacuum of 1.1 torr (without gas ballast) or 2.3 torr (with gas ballast), the PC610 NT is powered by a 0.34 hp motor, providing robust performance for laboratory applications. The system complies with several certifications, including ATEX II 3G IIC T3 X, CE, and DIN EN 61010-1:2011, ensuring safe and reliable use.

The PC610 NT operates at a maximum temperature of 40°C and is designed for use in demanding laboratory environments.

The VACUUBRAND PC610 NT vacuum pump system is a complete solution for laboratories seeking to optimise their vacuum processes with quiet performance, efficient solvent recovery, and a long service life.
