PRO6100 PowerPro® Electric II: Surgical versatility for maximum precision
The CONMED PRO6100 PowerPro® Electric II is a modular surgical motor designed to meet the demands of complex surgical procedures. It is compatible with a wide range of accessories for functions such as drilling, screwing, tapping and bone milling. With four operating modes — Drill/Ream, Oscillating Drill, Tap and Screw — the PRO6100 adapts to every stage of the procedure, offering unmatched flexibility.
Drill/Ream mode enables precise drilling at speeds of up to 1500 rpm, while high-performance reaming accessories deliver up to 125 in-lbs of torque. The Oscillating Drill mode, with 270° oscillation, is ideal for sensitive areas surrounded by soft tissue. The Tap and Screw modes ensure controlled screw insertion and thread creation in bone, with torque limitation to prevent overload.
Ergonomics and safety at the heart of the design
The PRO6100 features a three-position safety/direction lever: forward, reverse and safety. This feature ensures safe operation when connecting or removing accessories. The activation trigger is intuitive and allows precise speed control. The collet accessory locking system ensures reliable fixation without additional effort.
The compact design (14.2 cm high, 9.6 cm long) and light weight (590 g) make it easy to handle for long periods without fatigue. The robust construction and high-quality materials ensure optimum durability, even in demanding surgical environments.
Simplified maintenance and extended compatibility
The PRO6100 is designed for easy maintenance. It must be cleaned and sterilised before each use, according to the protocols described in the manual. Steam sterilisation is recommended, with specific parameters to ensure the safety and longevity of the device. Annual maintenance is required to maintain optimal performance.
This model is compatible with a wide range of CONMED accessories, including drills, reamers, sagittal saws and drivers. It works exclusively with the MC5057 cord and CONMED surgical consoles, ensuring seamless integration into operating theatres.
