The Lumenis® Pulse™ 100H is a 100-watt surgical Holmium laser, recognised worldwide for its reliability, power and versatility. It has been specifically designed to meet the requirements of urologists in procedures such as HoLEP (Holmium laser enucleation of the prostate) and lithotripsy by "stone dusting", while adapting to a wide range of procedures in other surgical specialities.

In urology, the Pulse 100H is the go-to solution for treating benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), regardless of prostate volume. Backed by over 15 years of clinical data and recommended by the American Urological Association (AUA), the HoLEP technique offers a safe, effective and long-lasting alternative to conventional treatments. The laser delivers up to 3.5 joules per pulse at a maximum frequency of 53 Hz, ensuring rapid vaporisation and saving operating time.

For the treatment of stones, stone dusting technology allows all types and sizes of urinary lithiasis to be fragmented with a reduced risk of retropulsion. The approach minimises the use of ureteral access sheaths and extraction devices, thereby reducing post-operative complications and overall costs.

The Pulse 100H features exclusive pulse shaping technology, which allows the pulse width to be adjusted for optimal bleeding control and reduced side effects. The green targeting beam improves endoscopic visibility, even in the presence of blood, facilitating precise surgical procedures.

Designed to improve the user experience, the system features an intuitive touchscreen interface, customisable dual foot pedals for instant switching between settings (e.g. between cutting and haemostasis), and a hands-free standby/active mode, reducing the need for operator intervention in the operating theatre.

The Pulse 100H is compatible with all Lumenis fibres, both single-use and reusable, ensuring consistent performance and a longer accessory life. In addition, the "Case Save" function secures procedures by allowing them to continue even in the event of a technical malfunction.
