Reach-In CO₂ Incubator - Good Condition 2008

Designed for environments requiring large cell culture capacities, the Thermo Fisher ScientificCO₂ Reach-In incubator offers an internal volume of 821 litres and exceptional thermal stability. Its vertical design facilitates the storage of large volumes of clinical or biological samples while ensuring controlled humidity to prevent desiccation. Featuring horizontal laminar flow, a triple-glazed heated glass door, lockable castors and an Enviro-Scan™ microprocessor control panel, it combines ease of use with reliability. It is ideal for laboratories requiring precise incubation conditions, even in the presence of shakers or cell roller systems.

Description

Reach-In: large volume, thermal stability and ease of use for high-capacity cell culture

The Thermo Fisher Scientific Reach-In CO₂ incubator has been developed to meet the growing demands of laboratories for high-throughput cell culture and storage of sensitive biological samples. Offering a generous internal volume of 29 cubic feet (821 litres) in a vertical format, it allows easy handling of large volumes without compromising the accuracy of incubation parameters. Its 304-grade stainless steel interior ensures excellent corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning, making it suitable for regulated environments.

Temperature control is based on a horizontal laminar airflow system designed to maintain optimal temperature uniformity across all shelf surfaces, even when the incubator is fully loaded or equipped with internal devices such as shakers or cell culture rollers. This directed airflow prevents obstruction of ventilation, ensuring consistent and reliable conditions for your most sensitive cultures.

The intuitive and accurate Enviro-Scan™ control panel allows quick configuration of essential parameters such as temperature, CO₂ levels, humidity, deviation alarms and gas selection. Triple-glazed heated windows reduce condensation and provide constant visibility of the cultures. Integrated pass-through ports facilitate the introduction of sensors, cables or probes without compromising the thermal integrity of the unit.

The incubator can also accommodate a multi-level cell roller system, enabling intensive production of single cell layers. To increase autonomy, it can be equipped with a semi-automated carboy kit for supplying water to the humidity tank. Designed for bioproduction, clinical research or large-scale cultures, this device combines ergonomics, thermal performance and adaptability to the evolving protocols of the modern laboratory.

Thanks to its design, which has been developed to meet changing needs, the Reach-In is a reliable and sustainable choice for laboratories seeking consistent performance and ease of use on a daily basis.
