Description

ATMOS Record 55: Excellence in modern surgical suction

The ATMOS Record 55 is a high-performance electric surgical aspirator, specially designed to meet the requirements of healthcare professionals in hospital, outpatient and veterinary environments. Featuring high-performance technology and a design focused on ease of use and hygiene, it is a reliable and durable solution forthe rapid evacuation of secretions, blood, serous fluids and rinsing liquids.

Its core technology is based on a powerful, maintenance-free diaphragm pump capable of generating a vacuum of up to -98 kPa, ensuring a constant suction capacity of 55 l/min. Thanks to a mechanical vacuum regulator combined with a precision manometer, the professional can precisely adjust the suction power according to clinical needs. Whether in general surgery, endoscopy, neurosurgery or liposuction, the ATMOS Record 55 guarantees efficient, safe and controlled suction.

The device also features a Direct Docking System ( DDS ), which allows secretion jars to be installed directly and securely without intermediate tubing. These jars, available in 1.5 L, 3 L or 5 L volumes, are reusable and fully autoclavable, ensuring optimal hygiene. The integration of hydrophobic bacterial filters in the lid of the jars ensures maximum protection against back contamination and over-aspiration, thus protecting the pump from damage.

The Record 55 has also been ergonomically designed for outstanding ease of use: large handles, swivel wheels for easy transport, intuitively mounted accessories, and the option of adding a foot switch or control pedal to free the practitioner's hands during procedures. The unit is designed for continuous operation for more than 8 hours, with a remarkably low noise level (only 39 to 46 dB), making it a pleasant tool even in sensitive environments such as operating theatres.

In terms of safety, the device complies with the most stringent European standards (CE 0124, class IIa) and is equipped with multiple protections: safety fuse, earthed power cable, protective filters, automatic shut-off in case of overheating or excessive suction. It is also designed to be easy to disinfect, with materials compatible with common hospital cleaning products.

The ATMOS Record 55 fits perfectly into hospital maintenance protocols.
