Among the available information are pupil distance, previous refraction lens data, refractor lens settings, uncorrected visual acuity, objective measurements, chart indications, and comprehensive test data, to name a few.
Operating the Nidek RT-2100 Refractor is straightforward with its intuitive dial, enabling easy navigation between different features. With the ability to program up to five distinct sequences, this device offers exceptional flexibility, whether for uncorrected vision measurements or a complete prescription. Additionally, the automatic prediction of visual acuity value adds an extra level of precision to the results.
The Final Fit function of the refractor automatically calculates the most comfortable value for the patient, with the option to further refine settings via semi-automatic adjustment. The device also offers various interface functions to connect to external devices, allowing seamless integration into existing workflows. All masked charts are interchangeable to enable individual letter masking during tests.
The refractor also features rotating prism and cross-cylinder lens capabilities, as well as a variety of auxiliary lenses for more specialized tests. It is capable of measuring and generating results for stereoscopic vision tests, aniseiconia, convergence point, accommodation, and divergence, among others.
