The DS 102 is a double-stage, oil-sealed rotary vane vacuum pump developed by Agilent to provide a stable, high-performance solution for primary vacuum applications. Thanks to its rigorous design, this pump delivers a constant pumping speed of 5 m³/h at 50 Hz (or 3.5 CFM at 60 Hz), with a lower pressure limit of less than 2 × 10⁻³ mbar, ideal for high vacuum systems or analytical equipment requiring a controlled vacuum environment.
This model features a universal single-phase electric motor with an extended voltage range (100 to 120 V / 200 to 230 V, ±10%), compatible with 50/60 Hz, which simplifies its integration into various technical environments worldwide. The pump is equipped with an isolation valve at the inlet, which operates automatically in the event of a power failure.
