The ControlCOCKPIT SingleDISPLAY digital control system, with high-definition TFT colour display, allows intuitive programming and precise adjustment of parameters. The adjustable temperature range from +20 °C to +250 °C and the setting accuracy of 0.1 °C (up to 99.9 °C) guarantee rigorous cycle control. Thanks to the SetpointWait function, the sterilisation time only starts once the set temperature has been reached throughout the chamber, ensuring uniform and reliable sterilisation.
Flexibility of use is enhanced by several adjustable parameters such as fan speed, air flap position, programme time and time zone configuration. The fan operates in 10% steps, providing fine control of air circulation. The introduction of preheated fresh air is managed electronically, optimising internal conditions. The system also includes a ventilation connection with a restriction valve for effective control of air exhaust.
Safety is a priority on the SF260. It is equipped with an electronic temperature control device with an overheating alarm, as well as a mechanical limiter that cuts off the heating approximately 20°C above the nominal temperature. Protection class 1 according to DIN 12880 and the self-diagnostic system allow any malfunctions to be identified quickly. In the event of a power failure, the current programme is saved, preventing any loss of data.
For documentation and traceability, the SF260 can be connected to the AtmoCONTROL software via an Ethernet interface, allowing the recorded data to be read, managed and organised. A USB port and software on a USB stick are available as options to facilitate cycle management and archiving.
