Description

The Sieve Shaker Minor 200: a versatile tool for efficient sieving

The Endecotts Sieve Shaker Minor 200 is an innovative sieving device designed to meet the needs of laboratories and industrial facilities. Thanks to its electromagnetic drive, this device guarantees quiet operation and requires very little maintenance, making it an ideal choice for environments where noise and maintenance are major concerns.

Weighing only 17 kg, the Minor 200 is extremely portable, making it easy to move and set up in different working environments. Its compact design allows it to be stored in a space less than 200 mm high when the sieve stack is removed, optimising space utilisation in laboratories or workshops.

The Minor 200 is equipped with a belt clamping system that holds the sieve stack firmly in place, ensuring optimum stability during the sieving process. It can accommodate up to 8 full-height sieves or 16 half-height sieves, offering great flexibility for different applications. The unit operates at a speed of 3,000 rpm at 50 Hz, with a fixed amplitude of approximately 1.6 mm, ensuring accurate and consistent screening results.

The Minor 200's user interface is intuitive, with an analogue time display ranging from 0 to 60 minutes, allowing precise control of the sieving time. The device is also compatible with different electrical voltages, making it adaptable to various international environments. In addition, it complies with the requirements of the AASHTO T 27 standard, ensuring reliable results that meet industry standards.

The Minor 200 is designed with safety in mind. It is CE certified and has an IP 20 protection rating, ensuring protection against accidental contact with internal parts. In addition, the absence of rotating parts reduces the risk of accidents and injuries, while minimising maintenance requirements.

To further improve screening efficiency and accuracy, the Minor 200 can be supplemented with SieveWare software. This software enables automatic measurement data management, analytical balance detection and configuration, and complete data export for in-depth analysis.

The Endecotts Sieve Shaker Minor 200 is a versatile and high-performance tool, ideal for laboratories and industrial facilities. Its compact design, ease of use and compliance with standards make it the preferred choice for demanding professionals.
