The SN110plus dry heat steriliser from Memmert is designed to meet the strict requirements of laboratories and medical facilities. With a net volume of 108 litres, this model offers sufficient space for sterilising a wide range of instruments while maintaining a uniform temperature throughout the chamber. It effectively replaces conventional disinfection methods, ensuring complete sterilisation by dry heat in accordance with the standards applicable to medical devices. The sterilisation process is based on natural convection air circulation, supplemented by a supply of preheated fresh air. Temperature uniformity is enhanced by heat diffusion across the four internal walls of the chamber.
Precise and intuitive thermal control technology
The SN110plus incorporates a microprocessor-based PID digital control system with a high-definition dual TFT colour display for easy parameter configuration. It allows precise temperature control between +20°C and +250°C, with an accuracy of 0.1°C up to 99.9°C. The device is equipped with two Pt100 temperature probes, connected in a 4-wire circuit, ensuring secure redundancy and constant monitoring. The sterilisation time is fully controlled by the SetpointWAIT function, which only starts the countdown when the target temperature is reached throughout the chamber, ensuring maximum process efficiency. A programmable timer allows cycle times ranging from 1 minute to 99 days, adapting to the specific needs of each user.
Integrated build quality and safety
Built with a robust stainless steel structure, the SN110plus is designed to last. Its interior, reinforced with a ribbed stainless steel design, is easy to clean and optimises heat transfer. The two-point compression closure door ensures perfect thermal insulation. The steriliser includes several safety devices: a mechanical temperature limiter, an adjustable overheating controller and an AutoSAFETY system that automatically monitors the set value with a visual and audible alarm in case of deviation. In the event of a power failure, the programmes are automatically saved. In addition, a self-diagnostic system allows any faults to be detected quickly. The device is compatible with AtmoCONTROL software, allowing programming via USB port or Ethernet interface.
