Reliable sterilisation with the Memmert SN30: controlled thermal performance
The Memmert SN30 hot air steriliser has been specially designed to provide effective thermal sterilisation, replacing simple disinfection with a reliable process that meets the most stringent standards. Its 32-litre interior volume can accommodate a wide range of instruments, spread over a maximum of three levels, with a maximum load of 60 kg. The interior, made entirely of stainless steel, is reinforced by a ribbed embossing that incorporates a four-sided heating system, ensuring remarkable thermal uniformity.
The Setpoint Wait function is a decisive safety feature: the sterilisation time countdown only starts when the preset temperature is reached, ensuring that the instruments are exposed to heat for exactly the required time. This feature can be combined with Pt100 sensors placed anywhere in the chamber, allowing precise validation at multiple measurement points.
Ergonomics and digital control of the SN30: intuitive operation for the laboratory
The SN30 is equipped with ControlCOCKPIT control technology with a high-definition TFT display, facilitating smooth navigation through the settings and continuous monitoring of cycles. The digital PID controller intelligently adjusts the temperature, ensuring precise control in a range from +20°C to +250°C, with an accuracy of up to 0.1°C for temperatures below 100°C.
The digital timer allows cycles to be programmed from 1 minute to 99 days. It is also possible to calibrate three freely selectable temperatures and adjust parameters such as time format, air flap position and time zones, making the device adaptable to various protocols and contexts of use.
A compact and robust steriliser for demanding applications
Compact yet powerful, the SN30 fits easily into any workspace thanks to its optimised external dimensions. Its textured stainless steel construction, reinforced insulation and double compression lock door make it a reliable and durable appliance. Ventilation is provided by natural convection with preheated fresh air supply, and an adjustable exhaust valve allows the flow to be adjusted.
In terms of safety, the SN30 is equipped with an electronic and mechanical overheating limiter, compliant with DIN 12880, a self-diagnostic system and an internal memory that retains programmes even after a power failure. For data management, the AtmoCONTROL software allows easy reading and organisation of cycles via an Ethernet interface or USB key (available as an option).
