Reliable sterilisation with the Memmert SN30plus
The Memmert SN30plus steriliser meets the most stringent sterilisation requirements in laboratories, clinics and medical facilities. Thanks to digital PID control technology and an intuitive TwinDISPLAY interface with two high-definition TFT screens, it enables precise temperature control with a setting range from +20°C to +250°C. The Setpoint Wait function is an essential safety feature: it delays the start of the sterilisation process until the setpoint temperature is reached, ensuring uniform and documented sterilisation throughout the cycle. Combined with two redundant Pt100 DIN class A sensors, this technology provides constant monitoring and high reliability, which is essential for environments subject to strict disinfection protocols.
The 32-litre stainless steel internal chamber has heating distributed across all four sides for optimum thermal uniformity. Thanks to natural convection and the introduction of preheated fresh air through an electronic flap, heat distribution remains constant, preventing any temperature fluctuations. An integrated self-diagnostic system alerts you in the event of a fault, while safety devices such as mechanical and electronic temperature limiters and the AutoSAFETY function protect samples and equipment.
Intelligent design for performance
The Memmert SN30plus features a textured stainless steel structure with a double-locking, compression-locked insulated door. The interior is easy to clean, reinforced with deep-drawn panels and features electropolished stainless steel shelves. It can accommodate up to three load levels with a maximum capacity of 60 kg, or 20 kg per shelf. Its compact dimensions (585 x 704 x 434 mm) make it suitable for a variety of installations, even in confined spaces.
The appliance is optimally controlled by AtmoCONTROL software, which allows cycles to be programmed, transferred and managed via USB or Ethernet interface. In the event of a power failure, the data is retained, facilitating compliance with traceability standards. Customisable parameters include temperature (in °C or °F), air vent position, programme time and time zone settings. The SN30plus also has a timer that can be set from 1 minute to 99 days, ensuring maximum flexibility of use.
Safety and compliance in medical environments
Compliant with medical device standards and certified for calibration at +160 °C, the Memmert SN30plus is designed with rigour and quality in mind. It can be installed at altitudes of up to 2,000 metres, in ambient temperatures ranging from +5 °C to +40 °C, with humidity not exceeding 80% (non-condensing). Designed and manufactured in Germany, it combines industrial performance and regulatory requirements with ease of use and easy integration into laboratory or hospital workflows.
