The Memmert SN55plus hot air steriliser is specially designed to ensure consistent and safe sterilisation of instruments in laboratories and medical environments. In accordance with the standards and regulations applicable to medical devices, it uses a high-performance natural convection heating system, guaranteeing optimum heat distribution throughout the chamber. Its 53-litre usable volume allows several loads to be processed simultaneously, while maintaining consistent efficiency thanks to precise temperature control. Its robust design, combined with an all-stainless steel construction, ensures not only exceptional durability but also simplified maintenance, meeting the daily needs of the most demanding environments.
Precise control technology and integrated safety
The Memmert SN55plus is equipped with two class A Pt100 probes, mounted in a 4-wire circuit for reliable and redundant measurement. This configuration allows constant temperature monitoring and ensures that sterilisation only starts once the target temperature has been reached, thanks to the SetpointWAIT function. The latter measures the temperature at different points to ensure that each zone of the chamber complies with the defined parameters. The HeatBALANCE function allows the heat distribution between the upper and lower circuits to be adjusted, optimising performance according to the type of load. The AutoSAFETY system automatically monitors any critical variations, triggering a visual and audible alarm and stopping the heating in the event of overheating. An internal self-diagnostic function quickly detects anomalies, helping to maintain safe and consistent operation.
Ease of use and high-performance connectivity
Designed to make the user's work easier, the SN55plus features a TwinDISPLAY control panel with two high-definition TFT colour screens, allowing intuitive setting of temperature, time and ventilation settings. The digital timer offers a setting range from 1 minute to 99 days, allowing sterilisation cycles to be adapted to each application. The device is compatible with AtmoCONTROL software, allowing programmes to be created, managed and transferred via USB or Ethernet. Even in the event of a power failure, programme data is retained, ensuring continuity and traceability of operations. The interior chamber can accommodate up to four electropolished stainless steel shelves, supporting a total load of 80 kg. The insulated door, equipped with a two-point lock, ensures optimal thermal sealing.
