Memmert SN75 – High-performance hot air steriliser for laboratories
The Memmert SN75 hot air steriliser is designed to provide complete and reproducible sterilisation of laboratory instruments and equipment. Used in the medical, pharmaceutical and research sectors, it replaces simple disinfection with effective elimination of microorganisms thanks to perfect temperature control. Its adjustment range from +20 °C to +250 °C allows the parameters to be precisely adapted to requirements, whether for sterilising glassware, metal instruments or specific equipment. The SetpointWAIT function ensures that the cycle time only starts once the programmed temperature has been reached, guaranteeing total thermal uniformity, even with optional Pt100 probes placed at different measuring points. This precision enhances process reliability and compliance with the most stringent protocols.
Robust and secure design for intensive use
The Memmert SN75 stands out thanks to its high-quality stainless steel construction, both for the interior and the fully insulated door. The smooth surfaces and embossed ribs facilitate cleaning and reduce the risk of cross-contamination. The heating, integrated on four sides, ensures uniform heat distribution throughout the chamber, eliminating cold spots. Safety is ensured by a double protection system: an electronic controller monitors the temperature, supplemented by a mechanical limiter that cuts off the heating approximately 20°C above the nominal temperature. In addition, the unit incorporates a self-diagnostic system for fault analysis, minimising service interruptions. The two-point compression lock door ensures optimal sealing, while thermal insulation contributes to reduced energy consumption.
A versatile and connected solution for cycle control
With a net volume of 74 litres and a total load capacity of 120 kg, the Memmert SN75 offers great flexibility for processing a wide variety of batches. It operates by natural convection, with an electronically adjustable preheated fresh air intake, allowing the air circulation to be adapted to the samples being processed. Control is facilitated by the ControlCOCKPIT SingleDISPLAY digital interface, equipped with a high-definition colour screen and intuitive settings. The timer, which can be programmed from 1 minute to 99 days, ensures precise cycle planning. For traceability and data management, the AtmoCONTROL software, available via Ethernet connection or USB stick, allows you to program, read and archive cycle information. In the event of a power failure, the current programme is saved, avoiding any loss of time or material. Its design, combining robustness, precision and connectivity, makes it a reliable and durable tool for demanding laboratories.
