The Memmert SN750 steriliser is a professional appliance for hot air sterilisation of instruments and materials in laboratories. The SN750 incorporates digital control technology via the ControlCOCKPIT SingleDISPLAY interface, allowing precise adjustment of temperature, ventilation and cycle time parameters. The adjustable temperature range from +20°C to +250°C, combined with an adjustment accuracy of up to 0.1°C, allows the steriliser to be adapted to the specific requirements of each protocol. Its SetpointWAIT function is a major advantage, ensuring that the sterilisation process only starts once the target temperature has been reached throughout the chamber, thus guaranteeing maximum efficiency.
Sterilisation performance and precision
Thanks to a heating system distributed across all four sides of the chamber and natural convection, the Memmert SN750 ensures optimum thermal uniformity, which is essential for the sterilisation of sensitive instruments. The class A Pt100 temperature sensor, integrated in a 4-wire circuit, ensures reliable and consistent measurement. The steriliser is also equipped with a self-diagnostic system for analysing malfunctions, reducing the risk of service interruptions.
Robust design and large capacity
With an internal volume of 749 litres and generous chamber dimensions (1040 x 1200 x 600 mm), the SN750 can process a large number of items simultaneously, up to a maximum load of 300 kg. Electrolytically polished stainless steel racks ensure optimal arrangement of the material to be sterilised. The textured stainless steel exterior, combined with a two-point locking system and effective insulation, guarantees the durability of the equipment and user safety.
Ease of use and integrated safety
The appliance is designed for ergonomic and safe operation. The control panel allows intuitive adjustment, while safety features include a mechanical temperature limiter and an electronic overheating monitoring system. In the event of a power failure, the current programme is saved, ensuring correct restart. The optional AtmoCONTROL software allows sterilisation cycles to be programmed, managed and analysed via an Ethernet interface or USB stick, improving the traceability of operations.
